How can I find out the status of my application?

You can find out the status of your application via our automated voice answering system by calling 444 0 333 Garanti BBVA Customer Communication Center and keying in 3-4-1, followed by the application number you have received at the time of your application and your mobile or home phone number.
You can also find out the status of your credit card application through the Complaints menu.
