You can easily transfer your retirement pension via Garanti BBVA Mobile or Customer Communication Center 444 0 333 without going to the branch.

Go to the Applications section on the main page on Garanti BBVA Mobile.

Select Pension Banking option.

If you will be a new pension banking customer of our bank, click on "Apply Now" under Pension Transfer; if you are already getting your retirement pension from our bank, click on "Apply Now" under Promotion Application; you should then enter the account details to which your pension will be deposited and your promotion preferences and click next.

Select Start Approval and approve the documents you see on the screen; your pension is now at Garanti BBVA.

How Do I Display Account Activities on the Mobile App?

Garanti BBVA Mobile allows you to display your account activities in the last 2 years.

Go to the Accounts section under the Account and Card menu on Garanti BBVA Mobile.

From here, you can see all your accounts and choose the account of which you wish to display the activities.

Click on Account Activities on the account details page of your selected account.

Click on Card Activities / Statement on the credit card transactions page of your selected credit card.

On the next screen, you can view your card activities by selecting from among the options Statement, Current Term Transactions, and Next Cycle.

How Do I Transfer Money via the Mobile App?

You can quickly transfer money with Garanti BBVA Mobile from your couch.

Go to the Transactions section on Garanti BBVA Mobile.

Choose the Money Transfers option.

Choose either Transfer to IBAN or Transfer to Account Number as you wish.

On this screen, you can see all your loans and select the one for which you want to make a debt payment. Click on installment payment on the page showing the details of your selected loan.

Here, firstly select the account from which you would like to use the funds to pay the debt. Then, choose if you like to pay the debt in full or in part and click continue.

When you confirm your details on the next screen after checking them, your loan debt will be paid.

How Do I Pay My Credit Card Debt via the Mobile App?

You can easily pay your credit card debt via Garanti BBVA Mobile.

Open Garanti BBVA Mobile, type your password, go to the Transactions section, and click on the Payments option.

On the next screen, choose Credit Card Debt Payment.

Regarding the payment type, choose Recorded Credit Card Transactions if you previously saved your card, and if not, choose the Payment by Card Number option.

Recorded credit card transactions also include your current credit cards.

After selecting your card for debt payment along with debt type and account for use of funds to pay the debt, determine the payment type and amount, then click continue.

When you confirm your details on the next screen after checking them, the transaction will be completed.

How Do I Pay My Bills via the Mobile App?

You can easily pay your bills via Garanti BBVA Mobile.

Go to the Payments section under the Transactions menu on Garanti BBVA Mobile.

Here, firstly click on Bills and then Bill Payment.

Select Payment with Subscription Number and then choose Institution Type and the relevant Institution.

After entering details such as the contract number found on your bill, you can display the records containing your bill or debt information and then you can make full, partial or pre-payment to the extent allowed by the relevant institution.

How Do I Withdraw or Deposit Money with QR?

With Withdraw/Deposit Money option on Garanti BBVA Mobile, you can easily withdraw or deposit dollar, euro, and TL by using the QR code.

Click on the Withdraw/Deposit Money option on Garanti BBVA Mobile.

Under the Withdraw Money section, choose the account from which you will withdraw money and type the amount. Press Withdraw Now after entering your password. Bring your phone close to the ATM screen and allow the QR code reader appearing on your phone to scan the code.
