I receive my account summary late / don't receive my account summary. How can I keep track of my debt to prevent late payments?

Your account summary is sent to your statement address the day after the account statement date.  To receive your statements on time, you need to make sure that your address registered with our bank is complete and up-to-date.
Additionally, you can find out your monthly debt information through the following alternatives;

  • Garanti BBVA ATM 
  • 444 0 333 Garanti BBVA Customer Communication Center options 3 and 2 respectively
  • Garanti BBVA Internet Banking
  • Garanti BBVA Branches
  • By typing EKSTRE, leaving a space, entering the last 4 digits of your credit card number and sending it to 3340 via SMS from your mobile phone
  • By making a definition through the Internet Banking Definitions – Garanti BBVA Reminder step or 444 Garanti BBVA Customer Communication Center to regularly receive your statements via e-mail, fax or as SMS to your mobile phone. 


  1. What is the notification fee?

    SMS and mail notifications are sent to inform you regarding your debt and the payment due date, and a fee of TL 1,25 is charged for each notification.

  2. I want to make my credit card payments from another bank. What bank and branch code do I have to select?

    When making payments from other banks, you need to select 062 as the bank code and 910 as the branch.
