Required Qualifications

Job Description

Employees who start working as Customer Representatives are directly involved with customers and they are responsible for the timely execution of TL and foreign currency cash transactions and all transactions that are being carried out as part of the service, in accordance with the laws and the bank's policies and principles. Additionally, they are responsible for the sale of the products and services within the framework of the customers' needs. Those who will be working as Customer Representatives are appointed to one of our branches throughout Turkey, by taking the cities they reside into consideration.

Training Program

Customer Representatives, upon completing a 2-week training period that involves a basic banking training program needed for their positions, are appointed to the branch that they will be working at.
