Job Description

Telephone Banking Customer Representative

The Telephone Banking Customer Representative answers inbound calls, responds to our customers’ questions and carries out all banking and credit card transaction requests.

Telephone Banking Sales Representative:

The Telephone Banking Sales Representative, by using the customer pool that has been created by our bank, contacts customers and sells products and services in line with their current needs and the bank’s campaigns.

Training Program

The Telephone Banking Customer Representatives start their jobs, upon completion of an intense 51 day training period that involves product, basic banking and on-the job training programs needed for their positions.
