        With your Paracard Bonus Platinum, you can withdraw cash from Garanti BBVA ATMs and other bank ATMs in Turkey. Paracard Bonus Platinum cardholders withdraw cash free of charge from ATMs of other banks in Turkey.

        While abroad, you can withdraw cash from ATMs with Mastercard/Maestro/Cirrus and Visa/Electron logos by paying a certain fee*.

        Paracard Bonus Platinum has the contactless feature. You pay for your purchases up to 750 TL with a single touch, without having to enter the PIN at POS. Moreover, you can shop online with 3D secure with your Paracard Bonus Platinum. Your card provides the opportunity to shop more securely thanks to the chip it contains.

          You can easily get your Paracard Bonus Platinum password via the channels listed below.

          • BonusFlaş: You can get your card password by clicking on "Get a Password for New Card" after downloading BonusFlaş.
          • SMS: You can text 3340 by typing SIFRE and, by leaving spaces in between, adding the last 6 digits of your card number, the first two letters of your mother's maiden name, and the first two digits of the security code of your card.
          • Garanti BBVA Customer Communication Center: You can say "I want to get a card password" when you call 444 0 333 Garanti BBVA Customer Communication Center.
          • Garanti BBVA Internet Banking: You can log in to Garanti BBVA Internet Banking, go to the Cards section, and then click on Card Password Transactions.

          *Our customers that have a time deposit account worth at least 500,000 TL at our bank and Miles&Smiles Platinum, Miles&Smiles Privé, American Express Card, American Express Gold Card, Platinum Card, The Centurion Card can apply to get a Paracard Bonus Platinum.
