We Continued to Create Value in 2025 Under Our Community Investment Programs!

We are conducting long-term projects in our priority areas within the framework of our community investment programs to create common value.

Within this scope, in 2025:

• We organised various educational programmes and projects with the Teacher Academy Foundation (ÖRAV) to support teachers' professional and personal development and protect children's right to quality education. We have supported approximately 55,000 teachers in gaining knowledge and skills to empower them to provide quality education to millions of students.
• In our Branch Visits program, we opened our branch doors to teachers and students from all over Turkey, giving them the opportunity to observe topics such as the role and responsibilities of banks and banking transactions at an early age. Nearly 2,000 students gained knowledge about financial literacy through experience.
• As part of our EqualUs project, we supported the development of approximately 20,000 students through educational programs conducted with over a thousand teachers, aiming to contribute to change in the field of gender equality.
• We supported young people in making a stronger start in their careers through our First Step in My Career program. As part of the program, 1,000 young people participated in our training program, which aims to empower them with new-generation skills during their job search and placement processes. We also created a model that brings them together with employers after the program.
• As part of our Blue Breath project, carried out in collaboration with the DenizTemiz Association/TURMEPA, we removed over 60 tons of solid waste and 613,000 liters of liquid waste from the waters of the Marmara Sea, Lake Van, and the Göcek region. Our underwater protection and monitoring activities in the Saros and Göcek regions also continued. We planted 14,000 seagrass plants in Göcek.
• We reached 36,800 students and 1,730 teachers through the Mobile Blue Breath Education Bus and online education programs to raise awareness about marine cleanliness. We provided training on protecting our marine ecosystem, sustainable water resources, and the zero-waste philosophy.
• Through Salt, of which we are the founders, we support making art, design, and community-focused programs accessible to everyone. We facilitate the access of the public to all events—from exhibitions at Salt Galata and Salt Beyoğlu to film screenings, workshops, and performances—as well as to the digital archive comprising over 2 million documents, without charging any fees.
• Through Salt Research Funds, we open the door to new projects; we share the excitement of discovery by bringing young people together for exhibition tours and events. In 2025, as part of this initiative, we shared this experience with young people through our “Meeting at Salt” series, which included exhibition tours, film screenings, and music events.
